It's Never Too Early To Start Preparing For The Future

Scholars to Leaders, Inc. is the 501c3, philanthropic arm to Harvesting Scholars.  We are committed to helping set youth and young adults on the right educational and/or career path. Our goal is to provide a first-class youth development and enrichment program to raise the bar for the future success of students from low-to-moderate-income backgrounds to help level the playing field and promote equity in education and career preparation.

Workforce Development

The Scholars To Leaders program provides support to individuals to assist with job and career preparation. With the assistance of our Career Support Administrator, hands-on coaching is provided to assist with completing applications for employment, writing a resume, preparing for job interviews, and developing the soft skills necessary for job and career success.
Youth Development
S2L, Inc Youth Development Program uses a variety of resources to enhance development in youth and young adults. From entrepreneurship and financial management awareness to promoting creativity, self-expression, decision-making we have a goal of improving problem-solving skills and helping youth and young adults understand responsibility. We believe that early exposure to these basic lessons will foster independence and growth. Through remote and in-person sessions during out-of-school times, students from elementary through high school and college have opportunities to engage in enrichment activities, career exploration, STEM activities, language and literacy, and self-development lessons around trauma-informed care to eradicate the negative effects of trauma experienced in various communities.
Mentoring

We believe that mentoring positively affects not only student success but also retention and graduation outcomes and contributes to a stabilized community. Our program partners with professionals in local communities who work in a variety of career fields. They serve as mentors to our scholars and provide volunteer experiences that support students with choosing a career.

We are seeking professionals in various career fields to:
  • Pair up with a scholar who is interested in your career field

  • Allow job shadowing for students to get a real glimpse into their future professional world

  • Assist with networking and internship placements and opportunities as applicable

If you would like to make a tax deductible donation to this effort, or serve as a mentor for our scholars, please contact us at
