This program is funded by private donors, grants, and financial contributions. 100% of the funds raised are utilized to support the programs and services of this philanthropic effort and provide scholarships to assist students with application fees and other expenses associated with school readiness and college and career preparation.
Harvesting Scholars DBA/Scholars To Leaders, Inc.
We are committed to helping improve workforce development through the Scholars to Leaders program and believe that mentoring positively affects students' success and graduation outcomes. We utilize a variety of resources and activities to expose students to careers in STEM. Each year we directly assist middle-high school students from various backgrounds with individualized coaching and mentoring in the state of Georgia and bordering states. Through college tours, individualized coaching, and group learning sessions, 15% of our students that have completed our program and graduated high school have been accepted into college and have chosen majors in the STEM field.
